“I worked with Jonathan renovating my house in Wilmington, and it was a pleasure. He’s truly a craftsman who cares deeply about getting each part of a project done well and correctly, no matter what. He’s collaborative and open to ideas, while sharing his deep expertise and thoughtful design sensibility when needed. He always goes above and beyond, and is also a genuinely nice guy, which means a lot. I look forward to working with him more on future projects!”

“Jonathan does fantastic work and you can tell he really cares about getting it right. His attention to detail is impressive and the results speak for themselves. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable painter who takes pride in what he does.”

“We are thrilled with the high-quality renovation contractor services provided by Jonathan Burkholder of Burkholder Painting! From Victorian restoration to specialized finishes, Jonathan and his team deliver truly exceptional results.

What truly set Jonathan apart was his incredible patience and expertise when we challenged him with painting a bedroom in a dark black/gray. This color choice required an expert touch to ensure that absolutely no lines or brushstrokes were visible, aligning perfectly with the sleek aesthetic we envisioned. Jonathan came through with flying colors, delivering a perfectly executed job that exceeded our expectations.”
